Environmental week

Tomorrow is the second set of classes that we are learning about environmental sounds, so a couple of lovely songs and home-made instruments to explore. "Just a load of rubbish but it makes a lovely sound..."

mouth sounds week!

We are in for a good week this week. Sounds we can make with our mouths and voices which I am sure will come quite naturally! We are singing a brilliant song with lots of actions and are playing to 1960's week so get ready to hippy hippy shake!

Body Sounds

We had a wonderful class on Tuesday and I am very much looking forward to Friday classes. We are still learning about sounds we can make useing our bodies and this week we will be taking a trip through the rainforest! We have nursery rhyme themed week and our usual fun with the train. :)

Lessons ahead

Over the next 6 weeks we will be learning about different sounds and I am very excited about it. We will be learning about body sounds, mouth sounds, environmental sounds, instrumental sounds and the science of sound along with our train passengers and our themed music weeks. Lots of fun ahead!! I can't wait :)

Half Term

We do have half term this week and I am concentrating my efforts on advertising the Bournemouth classes and writing the lesson plans for the next six weeks (until Easter). If there are any requests I would be happy to take them!

Week 6

This week we have 1950's week and the likes of jailhouse rock, rock around the clock and lots more to get along with! The toddler class and Mini Maestro classes are now full at St Lukes but I am operating a waiting list and have expanded to a Tuesday morning too so please do not hesitate to get in touch :)

Musical Week!

We have a very exciting week ahead. We have a new Mini Maestro class starting tomorrow, a new location and classes starting on Tuesday and to spur all of this on We are having music from the musicals week! Oliver, Greese, Mary Poppins and more! My favourite :)
